ABOUT WILL

Hello! My name is Will, and I'm a video executive and producer based in New York City, where I am currently the Director of Video for Special Projects at Business Insider.

I have 15 years of professional experience in digital video production, storytelling, and distribution, as well as 10+ years of experience in team management and leadership. 

​

In my current role, I develop, pitch, and execute compelling video packages and series for sponsorship opportunities.

​

Previously, as the Head of Production for Business Insider, I oversaw all editorial video production and post-production. And when I was the Executive Producer for Business Insider video, I led a team of 30+ producers to develop shows for our various platforms. Before taking on a leadership role, I produced, shot, and edited hundreds of videos for Business Insider and Tech Insider.

 

I've produced interviews with Anthony Bourdain, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Chris Hadfield, Marques Brownlee, and many more.

 

I spent a week driving across the country in a Tesla Model X with my colleague Graham Flanagan in 2017. We documented our journey every step of the way and showed what it was like to drive a Tesla and how the Supercharger network worked across America.

 

In 2015, I traveled to South Korea with my colleague Drake Baer. We went inside a dog cloning lab and walked viewers through the cloning process.

 

I've also spent time in Detroit, where I spoke with realtors who uncovered the truth behind the city's $1 homes.

 

I've attended and covered events like Cannes Lions, CES in Las Vegas, Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Apple iPhone unveilings, Samsung Unpacked, and many more.

 

I graduated from New York University, where I double-majored in journalism and economics.
